(1) Nonrefundable in all cases.

(2) To be paid at the time specified by the Dean of each Graduate Division in lieu of University Registration Fee and/or Nonresident Tuition if not registered during the quarter in which the thesis or dissertation is filed and/or final formal examinations are scheduled.

(3) This fee is charged to candidates for the Master's or Doctor's degree who have completed all course requirements with the exception of the actual writing of the thesis or dissertation and the final examination and who desire library borrowing privileges during this period.
