2004-05 Health Sciencs Nonresident Tuition, Educational Fee, University Registration Fee, Deposits, and Refunds

Nonresident Tuition: Tuition charged to nonresident graduate academic health sciences students is $14,694 per year whether such year extends over three or four academic quarters. Tuition charged to nonresident graduate doctoral students who have advanced to candidacy is $3,674 per student per year. Tuition charged to nonresident graduate professional health sciences students is $12,245 per year whether such year extends over three or four academic quarters.

Educational Fee: All students in the schools of the health sciences are required to pay the Educational Fee for each quarter in which they register including the Summer Quarter.

University Registration Fee: Health Sciences students are required to pay the full University Registration Fee charged General Campus students for each Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarter and $80.00 for the Summer Quarter.

Fee for Selected Professional School Students: Students enrolled in graduate professional health sciences degree programs in medicine (M.D.), veterinary medicine (D.V.M.), dentistry (D.D.S.), optometry (O.D.), pharmacy (Pharm.D.), and nursing (M.N. or M.S.) are required to pay the Fee for Selected Professional School Students, which ranges from $2,925 to $14,362 for 2004-05 depending on the program.

Deposits: A deposit is required of all students in the schools and programs listed below, except graduate academic students, upon acceptance of appointment as matriculants. The deposit is applied toward the University Registration Fee.

School of Pharmacy $200.00
M.S. in Physical Therapy $200.00

Supplemental Application Fee: In addition to the existing Universitywide Application Fee, a supplemental application fee of up to $60.00 is required of all applicants to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. The total of the Universitywide Application Fee and the Supplemental Application Fee may not exceed $100.00 effective for applicants for Fall 2003 and subsequent years.
