Undergraduate Acceptance of Admission Fee (1) (applied toward University Registration Fee)	$100.00

Acceptance of Admissions Deposit (M.B.A. programs) (1) (applied toward The Fee for Selected Professional School Students) Up to	$500.00

Application Fees (1)(2): Undergraduate Students:
For consideration at one campus	$40.00
For consideration at each additional campus	$40.00
Graduate students
For consideration at one campus	$40.00
For consideration at each additional campus	$40.00
Candidacy Fee for Ph.D., Ed.D., D. Eng., D.L.S., D.S.W., or D.P.H.	$50.00

Health Certificate for Prospective Teachers	$10.00

Master's Thesis and Doctoral Dissertation Filing Fees (2) are each equivalent to one-half of the regular term University Registration Fee charged at each campus

Special Library Borrowing Privilege (3)
Per Year, nonrefundable, renewable	$50.00
Six Months, nonrefundable, renewable	$25.00

(1) Nonrefundable in all cases.

(2) To be paid at the time specified by the Dean of each Graduate Division in lieu of University Registration Fee and/or Nonresident Tuition if not registered during the quarter in which the thesis or dissertation is filed and/or final formal examinations are scheduled.

(3) This fee is charged to candidates for the Master's or Doctor's degree who have completed all course requirements with the exception of the actual writing of the thesis or dissertation and the final examination and who desire library borrowing privileges during this period.
